9:45am - Workshop I: Emobility - Storage and Drivetrain
This workshop will feature leading German and American innovators in the emobility field. Presentations and a panel discussion between business leaders from the State of Thuringia and Michigan's automotive community will provide attendees with valuable insight into the state of emobility in Germany and the US.

Speakers include:

11:00am - Workshop II: Advanced Materials and Lightweighting
This workshop will feature leading German and American innovators in materials research and technology. Key takeaways from the presentations and panel discussion will include an overview of the latest developments in materials and plastics research in Germany as well as how new innovations in this field are being applied within the automotive industry in the US.

Heller’s wide range of capabilities also encompasses design and production of assembly and packaging machines, compound pipe production machines and industrial automation.

Schuster Kunststofftechnik GmbH

Schuster Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a leading technology innovator in the use of “In-Mold Labeling” (IML) and specializes in development and production of high quality, decorative plastic parts for the automotive industry, telecommunications, medical devices and domestic appliance manufacturers throughout the world. TeleFrank Group

TeleFrank specializes in the design and production of 19” rail-mountable and customer-specific power supplies, electronic modules and systems. The Thuringian Institute for Textile and Plastics Research (TITK) is a private institute for polymer materials research that works closely together with industry. Some 130 scientists and technicians based at the 130,000 ft² facility focus on the improvement of properties, the functionalization of polymer materials and the optimization of methods and processes. Services offered by TITK include material characteristics analysis, flame resistance and electrical testing, emission behavior analysis, stability and climate testing, chemical-physical analysis and extrusion, injection molding and textile processing.
