One of our services is the Members' Open House.
Increase your company’s exposure by hosting a networking event where dozens of potential clients and business partners in the German American business community will come to your offices, showroom, factory or other business facility to learn about your company’s products and/or services.
GACCoM will invite our members and business contacts to the location of your choice, send out invitations, collect responses, handle the registration for you at the event and will personally introduce you to our member companies and business contacts.
GACCoM handles the organization aspects while you provide the location, hors d’oeuvres and refreshments.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to make your business known among a select targeted audience!
We charge a fee of $500 for the following services:
Creating and sending out invitations to members Handing responses and RSVP list Registration of guests at the event List of participants who attended your event Photos of the event
An additional benefit to this service is that we will also publish a write-up about this event in our ChamberBrief e-newsletter, which is circulated via email to all members and many non-members.
A general format that the Open Houses follow is that they are scheduled on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. The event begins with a short company introduction and presentation by a member of your staff, followed by an evening networking reception. However, we are flexible in how you would like to set-up the event. We can have a breakfast meeting followed by a tour of your facility or a luncheon presentation with pre-lunch networking, the choice is up to you.
