Trade Show Services - Overview


If you’re unsure which trade shows to attend, ask GACCoM's consulting department, DEinternational and we’ll be happy to discuss this with you  - in many cases free of charge. We can help:

Each project we do is customized for our clients according to their needs. These are some of the ways that GACCoM has assisted German exhibitors in the past.

Trade Show Preparation and Follow-Up

GACCoM worked successfully with past Exhibitors: • Business Partner Search: In the beginning we researched potential business partners. Our Business Partner Search works as a successful tool.

• Pre-Show Mailings: In preparation of the trade show GACCoM used their extensive network of contacts in the German and American business communities. After compiling a list of relevant companies through these networks and industry associations and databases, we contacted them through various forms of communication.

• Marketing Material and Presentations: Flyers, catalogs, and brochures,... there are many marketing material about your company. The DEinternational team has years of experience dealing with American and German marketing peculiarities.  We evaluated the marketing material and company presentations. We discussed with the companies what changes are recommended for the target market. In some cases with gathered feedback from other professionals in the industry. 

• Scheduling Meetings: Just getting in touch with potential partners or customers on another continent to schedule a meeting can be a challenge.  We assisted our clients in setting up meetings with potential partners during the trade show. 

• Meeting Preparation: The understanding of the potential partners' situation, needs, and goals is the key to a successful meeting. DEinternational helped in the past the exhibitors to understand the business climate in the target industry and typical ways of structuring partnerships. 

• Post-Show Follow Up: After the trade show there is still work to do. GACCoM followed up with phone calls one week after the trade show. By keeping in touch we turned the newly established contacts of our clients into business partners.

In addition to our standard trade show services, GACCoM cooperates with Messe Düsseldorf North America to offer special assistance to US companies exhibiting at major trade shows in Düsseldorf such as K (plastics) and Medica (medical industry).  More info...
