GACCoM assists companies in searching for bilingual (German/English) employees. In addition to our constantly updated pool of highly-qualified job seekers, we have an extensive network of contacts in the German-American business community and beyond.
How does Career Services work?
We provide you with a Job Description Form for your vacant position. Once you agree to our Conditions of Contract and submit the completed Job Description Form, we then research and contact applicants who fit your desired profile. In order to narrow the field of candidates, we will conduct pre-interviews on your behalf; we will then directly schedule interviews with selected candidates in consultation with you.
We offer a 3-month guarantee – if one of our candidates resigns or is terminated for any reason within three months of placement, we will start the process anew at no additional charge Fees assessed depend on the type of position being filled. A retainer fee is required in all cases, however we collect a referral fee only upon successful placement of one of our candidates. There is also a reduced rate for GACCoM members.

Basic Job Posting:
Alternatively to Career Services, we offer you the option of posting a job description with your contact information on our website at a rate of $300 per month. Interested candidates will then contact you directly, without the pre-screening process offered by Career Services.
